The following are projects that give a flavour of the sort of work we do:

* Advising on the establishment of a change management model for the pharmaceutical industry.

* Consulting on the change in business of an international dairy products company after it had sold its milk division.

* Consulting on the change in business direction of a national TV rental company.

* Advising on the re-structuring of the Sales Division of a major electronics manufacturer

* Consulting on the change in structure of a professional services group.

* Advising the Training Department of an International Governmental Organisation in the commercialising of its services.

* Advising on the restructuring and redefinition of the Training and Development function of a High Street chain.

* Advising on the setting up and implementation of a worldwide customer care programme for the ground staff of a major international airline. This included the cross cultural aspects of company reservations, ticketing and airport staff from forty three countries and passengers from many more.

* Advising on the creation and management of a new training function for an organisation of highly qualified professionals, where there had been no non-technical training previously.

 

* Establishing a coaching and mentoring culture for a worldwide logistics group.

* Designing a leadership course for the training staff of a major consultancy firm to take over.

* Implementing coaching skills training for area managers of a major retailer.

* Producing a video based training package on customer care for an Asian consultancy firm.

* Designing and running a motivational board game worldwide to re-enthuse a company's front line staff on customer care.

* Working with a High Street retail chain on the implementation of policies and support systems for staff who are the victims of crime at work.

* Training all the senior Cabin Crew of an international airline in people handling skills. This included the management of their crew and colleagues as well as dealing with passengers and the various airport authorities.

* Developing the Management Teams for the opening of new stores of a major UK High Street chain store group.

* Executive producer of a video for inducting new joiners into the service industry.

 

* Advising major UK universities on the establishment of customer service cultures.

* Training Branch Managers and their Assistants from an international Banking Group, in the Middle East, in managing their own staff.

* Designing a customer care package for the training staff of an airport ground handling operator to take over.

* Developing the interpersonal skills of middle managers of a major tour operator.

* Advising the Training Department of a High Street Bank on the content of their management training programmes.

* Advising a car manufacturer on the training for managers of their dealerships.

* Developing the influencing skills of managers of a Mail Order company.

* Designing a customer care/product knowledge game for a car manufacturer as part of the launch of a new model.

* Advising on the restructuring of the human resources policies and procedures of a High Street retailer to improve customer service and reduce staff turnover.
